First proper training ride

Our regular Easy Bike ride has a scheduled ride on gt2gthr.com on Sunday, so I doubled this easy 34km ride with an extra 20km ride from home to get some kms done. During this time I also had an extra over $200 in donations from family members. I am overwhelmed by how many friends and family have donated, I cannot thank you enough. Not only does it help the cancer research and treatment, but I get warm glow and it helps me put in the extra effort training and on the day. Thank you, thank you thank you.

After finishing a couple of Walking Football tournaments in recent weeks I finally turned my attention to the next event. The Brisbane to Gold Coast ride for Cancer. And today with matched donation I started by fundraising drive with a huge bang. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, your support is what keeps me motivated and enthused and helps so many others. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’m taking part in Mater’s Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle for cancer.

I’m taking on this 100 km challenge to raise funds for life-saving cancer research at Mater, helping create better outcomes for people affected by cancer now and into the future.

I’ll do the pedalling — but I need your help to reach my fundraising goal.
