Townsville Event Update
It is with regret that the 2026 Mater Chicks in Pink International Women’s Day Fun Run presented by Queensland X-Ray in Townsville will not proceed on Sunday 8 March due to current forecasted wet weather. This community means the world to us, and your safety will always come first.
Keep the Sea of Pink spirit alive to support women with breast cancer.
We know many of you are passionate about raising awareness for breast cancer and were looking forward to a morning out with your breasties. You can still create your own Sea of Pink in your local area by grabbing your breasties, popping on your official event t-shirt, and do 5km your way when it’s safe to do so.
